1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.

2. Services Provided

Alriyady Projects offers a range of project-related services including but not limited to:

• Turnkey construction

• Interior fit-out

• Feasibility studies

• Site supervision

• Project management

• Vendor coordination

• MEP works

• Design and planning

Services may vary depending on the scope of work agreed upon in writing with the client.

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are billed on a man-hour basis at AED 1,000/hour, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Pricing does not include materials, permits, third-party subcontractors, or government fees, unless explicitly stated.

• Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be defined in the project agreement.

• Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate project information and timely approvals

• Ensure access to the project site when required

• Comply with local regulations, building codes, and permit requirements

• Communicate any changes in scope or expectations in writing

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on information available at the time of agreement. Delays caused by external factors such as permit approvals, material availability, client input delays, or unforeseen site conditions may affect the delivery schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and related documentation provided by Alriyady Projects remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, share, or resell project materials without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alriyady Projects shall not be held liable for:

• Delays or damages caused by third-party contractors or suppliers

• Losses due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.)

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.

8. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior consent, unless required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• If termination occurs mid-project, all completed work will be invoiced based on actual hours or progress.

• Alriyady Projects reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Alriyady Projects reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
